Mike Barrie

Mike grew up in Machesney Park, IL and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Speech Communication. While in College, Mike's interest in the investment world was sparked through insightful conversations with his, then, future father-in-law. In 2014, Mike transitioned from a career in radio broadcasting to financial planning.

Mike has earned designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS). In 2005, Mike and his wife, Jenny, settled in Oglesby, IL, where they raised their two daughters, Emma and Hannah. A passionate sports fan, Mike cherishes his trips to Milwaukee to cheer on the Brewers.
